While we do not offer hourly tech support, we do offer support on issues specific to your Travel Blog Success account. For those, you can open up a support ticket.
For all other technical support issues, here are some great places to seek assistance, as well as some tips on how to most efficiently solve your technical issues with an outside party.
- Be as detailed as possible in your request for tech support. Include screenshots and videos as often as you can.
- It’s best to request small tasks one at a time rather than one large project. This helps with organization and focus for yourself and the developer. Also if a developer doesn’t work out, you’ve only lost time spent on a small task rather than a large project.
If you’re having tech trouble with your travel blog, here is a list of resources where you can get the technical support you need to fix any issue.
